Hershal is a one of a kind papier mache creation. He measures 14 inches from the top of his hat to his wooden base. His arms are chenille stems and are bendable. Painted in green, orange, black and yellow his palate is definitely Hallo-weenie! He sports a fiber scarf and fiber trim around his hat.

This piece measures 6 inches high from the top of his party hat to the bottom of the the box. The box can be opened. He holds a glittery silver magic wand and glittery silver balls are scattered around his feet.
